VIEW DATASHEET

Polycolor Weather flex is a versatile combination of high quality acrylic and silicon emulsion. It has excellent choice for flexibility, breathability, anti-carbonation effect with water & dust resistance, crack-bridging, weathering durability and an excellent resistance to the growth of micro-organisms.

Usage:
It is used as a waterproofing & decorative coating for exterior walls of the buildings.

1st coat: with up to 30% dilution 2nd and 3rd coat ready for use; no dilution

  • New masonry surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. It is recommended to allow 28 days as the curing time for new masonry surfaces.
  • Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Growths of fungi, algae or moss should be removed by wire brushing, water, Polycolor Fungicidal Treatment and Wash.
    • - In areas experiencing excessive dampness, underlying surface exhibits chalkiness.8
    - In this scenario use Polycolor Exterior Wall Primer as first coat and apply one coat of Terraco Handycoat Exterior and again apply one more coat of Polycolor Exterior Wall Primer.
    - Apply 1st coat of Polycolor Weather flex with 30% dilution and 2nd coat and 3rd coat as such without any dilution on wall for superior results.
